Holding certifications in stage rigging safety and public establishment security (SSIAP), Laurent oversees institutional relationships with regional authorities, prefecture offices, and rural mayors.

Under his stewardship, the association established its formal safety charter, expanded its volunteer base, and secured essential regional public grants. Laurent believes passionately in cultural decentralization, maintaining that citizens living in the highest Pyrenean hamlets have the exact same right to safe, professional-grade cultural performances as those in major metropolitan centers.

Sophie Rouch

General Secretary & Member Liaison

Sophie Rouch brings an extensive background in administrative governance and community mediation to the association. As General Secretary, she manages statutory documentation, prepares General Assembly convocations, supervises regulatory compliance with the National Directory of Associations (RNA), and coordinates incoming technical requests from grassroots organizers.

Sophie is also the driving force behind our volunteer intake program and gender equity initiatives in live event technology. All statutory modifications, renewals of Executive Bureau personnel, and changes in the association's registered seat are officially declared within three months of vote adoption, and subsequently published in the Official Journal of Associations and Corporate Foundations (Journal Officiel des Associations et Fondations d'Entreprise - JOAFE).

Our Annual General Assembly is convened every year in October at our Lacourt headquarters.
