Statutory Reinvestment & Membership Transparency
Active volunteers may also choose to register as formal statutory members of the association, entitling them to vote during our Annual General Assembly and directly influence strategic operational plans. Annual statutory dues are kept intentionally modest to ensure universal accessibility.

Collaborate directly with performing acoustic ensembles, choirs, and village festival committees. Volunteers in this track assist with microphone setup, audio line routing, stage monitor equalization, and live mixing console operation.

2. Stage Assembly & Structural Rigging
Help build the physical foundations of rural culture. This team assembles modular stage risers, positions lighting trusses, installs safety guardrails, and deploys heavy-duty rubber cable protectors over pedestrian walkways.
Ideal for: Active individuals who enjoy physical, practical work, carpentry, mechanical construction, and teamwork outdoors.
3. Depot Maintenance & Cable Testing
The backbone of our reliability. In our Lacourt workshop, maintenance volunteers inspect returned gear, test audio cables with automated continuity meters, clean flight cases, solder replacement XLR jacks, and maintain our computerized inventory logs.
Ideal for: Detail-oriented individuals, electronics hobbyists, and those who prefer calm, focused indoor tasks on weekday mornings.
4. Civic Liaison & Workshop Coordination
